My advice to you 07er's. Unless you really like a program don't rank it. You guys are really lucky since you should be able to scramble to an awesome program due to your small class size nationally. Good luck this weekend!

The whole small class size thing has kind of back-fired on us. Instead of being able to walk into a top notch residency program, a lot of programs decided early on that, because of the small class size, they would rather just not match than take a poorly qualified student. So despite the small class size, there is still quite a bit of uncertainty out there (more so than I imagined). We've still got to dazzle them!
