I saw the ICU book but it is app. $80 and I did not really want to spend that much. I got the critical care tarascon pocket mini from a drug rep but would like something more to read. Thanks!

You can buy a new "ICU Book" for around $60 shipped on ebay

ANybody use the Lange critical care text?

You could also see if your library has a copy that you could use when you feel the urge to read it. Marino was really good, IMO, and probably worth the $ if you end up in surgery or medicine (read: having to do ICU rotations)
