Lots of things have to be memorized, but these are not things that you're likely to forget. F=ma probably has to be memorized. Proton + neutron + electron = atom probably has to be memorized. Methane = CH4 has to be memorized. Heart = circulatory system has to be memorized. 1 + 1 = 2 also has to be memorized. My point is, it's impossible to list all the things that you have to memorize. What matters is understanding the concepts. When you understand every concept that can be covered on the MCAT, then you'll see that you'll have memorized a lot of things without feeling you trained yourself to do rote memorization, if that makes any sense.
