Regular MD shadowing: 80 hours
Pre-med society
Research in neurology department--6 months
Mission trip to Costa Rica--2 weeks
Honors fraternity member
Social fraternity member, philanthropy chair

Problem is, some of these are more free lance things, only like three times a year

What's the difference between the two bolded items?

I'm assuming the activities without a time span were just once or twice aka fairly meaningless

Premed society and honors fraternity aren't meaningful unless you did community service or served in leadership

Did you found a pediatric cancer marathon? Organize it? Just run in it one time?

Please explain the hospice volunteer and honors peer advisor time spans and weekly commitments

The research is fairly weak but suitable for mid- to low-tier schools
