I just bought it to check it out. It is almost identical to FA for Organ Systems. It has great conceptual descriptions and makes great connections. It's a different beast then a list of buzzwords and mnemonics that is classic FA. I'm hoping it will be a good supplement to remind me of the actual pathophys behind the disease and not just the buzzwords.

Another thought, it reminds me of Rapid Review Path by Goljan except for in paragraph form instead of outline bullets. Makes it smoother to read but lacks some of the detail of RR.

Others? Thoughts?

Many reviews on Amazon are fake. See this link:

Many could have easily been written by those who are selling the product. Sometimes it's hard to tell those apart from real ones. I've never heard of it, but you'd probably just be safe sticking with the well known resources (UWorld, First Aid, Pathoma, Goljan, etc).
