Recently took CS in Philly. Could not do closure 2 cases but did the rest ok. Messed up in one case totally where Px was sitting on a chair w o gown(with a CC that the examine is not supposed to a PE) and for whatever reason I have tried to convince him for exam (of course my intent was not to examine SP due to CC but lung, cv). It was one of the moments where your brain totaly freezes and you could not find a logical explanation for your decision later on. For the same case I did Hx, closure, PN notes. Due to these I think my chances of passing are almost none. I know it cant be generalized but just wondering Anybody have experienced similar major mistakes and still passed? Also does anybody know about trial cases: Common to everbody taking the exam on the same day or your 2 worst cases? Thanks a lot and good luck!

You will be surprised at what room you have to wiggle when it comes to the CS. Relax and enjoy your next month while you wait.
