what are some of the exams that you don't need to do if any during the cs exam because of time restraint ( I know you don't do rectal .) And if you don't do them, do you write them down or verbalize that you would do them or both? thanks

id advise looking at page 8 of this years info pdf file, it sums up this matter. You kan;t do pelvic, rectal, breast, corneal reflex exams. If you feel they were warranted, you would list them in the work up section of your write-up and let the patient know about that as well.
