OK, a suggestion for those stressed by the Step 2 CS exam:

There are several tutorials on the web that might decrease the anxiety level. One that is particularly good is the following:

I realize that the stuff on these tutorials are basic. I posted it with the intent of showing what attendings high up on the food chain do, so the quarrel of what is or is not done might be eliminated.
