Hi All 🙂

I just sent my signed admission decision back to CSU Long Beach yesterday and I can't wait to start. I was wondering how long it took for everyone to hear back from admissions after they sent their decisions. Any info would be much appreciated!

I wanted to get in touch with fellow classmates ASAP and hopefully find someone who also needs a roommate. Can't wait to meet everyone!

Hey Aggie 8811!!

I just got my acceptance letter to CSU Long Beach too! So excited! Are you talking about how long it took to hear back after you sent the decision back from the email they sent us? Where we had to check the yes or no box?

Congrats!! 🙂 They actually emailed me back about it the day after I posted this. Michelle said they would be emailing us a list of the complete cohort once the class is full and finalized. They'll send registration info etc in the next couple months too. I can't wait!

Yeah. I did take my last prereq in the fall though and so my application was only recently completed a couple weeks ago via Academic Update.
 
I just got the email today saying "I am writing to inform you that we have forwarded your application to the graduate department of your intended major for a final review. Departments generally review applications after the program application deadline and make decisions within 4 to 6 weeks after the deadline date."

Did you guys who got accepted receive this a month before your acceptance?

I just looked through my emails from CSULB Enrollment Services ([email protected]) and California State University, Long Beach (this one did not include the sender's email address) but I never found any that had that content. Who sent the email?

Hi Aggie,

I'm sending in my admission decision today, hopefully I'll hear back from them soon. I need roommates too. I plan on moving out there in the beginning of May. Let me know if you still need someone.

My roommate & I are first-years in the DPT program (almost 2nd years - crazy!) and are looking for a 3rd (or possibly 4th) roommate. Message me with your email if you'd like more info 🙂

I was accepted into the program in late September. The CSU mentor portion took at least 6 weeks to clear. I applied to CSU mentor in October and I think I was cleared in December. I did not get a MYCSULB account and long beach email till February.

Hmmm..I didn't receive an email from her until after I sent in my admission decision. I haven't received an email with the full cohort list, which they said they would send once it was finalized, so I think they must still be working on filling the class.

Following up on Sabino's question, but do any of you know if there is a FB page for the class of 2017?
 
I found out I was accepted to the program today!!
Is anyone here currently attending the program or have heard any stories about the program? I would love to hear some stories!
