I am interested in applying to the CSULB PT program this year and I have a few questions.
1) On the prereq webpage, it shows that Bio 260 Biostatistics is part of the requirement. I took regular statistics at UC Irvine and I was wondering if it's equivalent to Biostats.
2) When is the deadline for submitting an application?
3) How many year is the program total (including the time spent as a "conditionally classified student"?

1. If your statistics class had hypothesis testing including analysis of variance, it would be considered acceptable from what i understand, but i would check with Gloria to be sure.

2. The deadline for this incoming Fall 2010 was January 15, 2010. If you wanted to apply for Fall of 2011, the deadline would be January 15, 2011. You would apply through PTCAS and through the university with CSU Mentor.

3. The program is 1 year for the conditionally classified student and 2 years for the Masters portion of the program. A total of 3 years.

Check out http://www.ptcas.org/CSULongBeach.html for more information.

Hope this helps.

Ty.
Are you currently going to CSULB for PT? If so, what is the class schedule like for the first year?
