I have been looking for an online resource (read free) that correlates/identifies normal anatomy on CT scan and have not been successful at finding. If not online free, any good book suggestions.

Peter Fleckenstein has an excellent CT/MR anatomy book- Anatomy in Diagnostic Imaging. Its reasonably priced at $60 or so. http://www.amazon.com/Anatomy-Diagnostic-Imaging-Peter-Fleckenstein/dp/072169358X
