CT Step 3? Help me please....

Hey everyone. I have a question. I am a resident in Illinois, and as many know this state is ridiculous for the registration process for step 3. So I am going to register for it through Connecticut or Delaware. However, I got scared when I was looking at the site and it doesn't look like there is any supplemental information that is necessary to be sent to Connecticut. And in bold at the bottom of the page it says that your money is not refundable if you are not qualified to take the exam when you register.

So my question is this: Is there information that needs to be sent separately to Connecticut, or do I just do the standard application with CID and such and that is all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

IMG here, registered through CT took it before even matching to a residency. I just sent in the CID, nothing else. Fairly quick approval from what I can recall (something like 5-10 business days?).
