CTE Deadline Before Hearing Back From Top Choice

Hi, so I recently got into school A (my second choice MD program which I still really love) but the CTE deadline is July 7th. I’m currently waitlisted for my top choice school. The last day to hear back from my top choice school is July 18th. If I am accepted to my top choice after the CTE deadline for school A, can I still attend my top choice or do I have to go to school A?

Look at school A's policy. If they state that you must remove yourself from all waitlists when you CTE, then yes, you would have to give up your acceptance to the other school.
