how do you know that red marked cube is there?

i thought it wasnt there cuz it does not support anything

but when i checked the answer. there was a cube..

how do i know that?

there isn't one there. Even if there is or not it will give you 3 faces.

this is actually one of the quesitons from CDP test 2.

i assumed there isnt a cube, but when i saw the explanation there actually is a cube there


and cube being there gives me different answers

I believe the CDP explanation was that there has to be a cube there because cubes cannot be attached by just the corner

ah, that makes sense.
but is the same rule apparent in the real PAT section?

There is a cube there because it there wasn't, you'll have two set of blocks that are only touching by one corner.
