For those of you who have had interview experience, was there any schools that hinted at favoring the Cumm. gpa or the science gpa or vice versa? I'm trying to decide if I should take an additional science class this semester and drop an easy A non science class. That would put me at 13 science credits for the semester. I could just stay with 10, but with straight A's it would put my science GPA at this school at a 3.46 with a 3.51 cumm. My overall stats from both schools would be around a 3.72 cumm and 3.7 science.

I wanted to have that science GPA at my current school over 3.5, but I'm a bit nervous about overdoing it since I already have 10 credits of science. I could just drop the non-science classes and go with 13 credits of science and focus in, that would get me a 3.5 science GPA here, but then there is always the issue of a light course load. So much to think about 🙂...

I think you may be over analyzing a bit. Yes, you could get over a 3.5 at whatever school you are at now, but in the big scheme of things, adcoms will really only see the 3.72 and 3.7 which will make them very happy.

I would say take any course load that will let you score well on the DAT. Get an equivalent score on that to back up your solid GPA and you will be golden!

Thanks for the advice, any other opinions?
