I don't believe my situation to be too grave, but I'm curious about how I should move forward. I was a psychology major in college, came out with a 3.5 cGPA. But, I went to a CC my first two years and even though I wasn't interested in the sciences at the time I was advised to take them for my associates. I did fine in bio with an A but wasn't motivated for physics and got a C.
At this point in my life I am completely dedicated to going to med school, I took this year off since I just graduated to complete and internship at a nearby psychiatric centre. I believe a post bacc is right for me, especially if I can do well in the sciences there but my main inquiry is should I do the math/science classes over if I did poorly in them? I'm also considering the GRE to up my chances at getting into a post bacc, I live in NY so NYU is my goal post bacc wise.
Thank you all.
