Curious if this is acceptable?

Ok so I have noticed that some schools requirements only say something like:
Physics- 6 Hours
OChem- 8 Hours
etc.....

My physics 1 class plus the lab will be worth 5 credit hours. If I get accepted into a school that does not specify lab/no lab, can I just take the 1 credit Physics 2 lab without the class since it puts me to 6 hours? Has anyone heard of any schools accepting that? I am just curious. Sorry, hopefully this makes sense to someone.

I'd be surprised if your school allows you to take the lab without the lecture. They generally expect you to learn the concepts and equations in lecture and see how it may be applied in lab.

Physics lab was the biggest joke. All we did was drop stuff lol.

Doubt it. Call the schools that do not specify and ask.
