Just curious but have you guys experienced higher pay if you're from a higher ranked pharmacy school? Or do basically all new grads make the same amount in the same location irrespective of where they went to school?

The school doesn't matter for new grads. A residency, MBA, MHA, or MPH could make a difference. One large retail chain actually pays all of their pharmacists the same hourly wage, which is better than being paid less than the new grads five years down the line.
