What type of offers are people getting in private practice dentistry with no residency experience?

I am seeing offers of around 90 for the first year with no productivity or 60 with productivity clauses that could be about 30 in the first year although that looks a little doubtful.

Do most of the people in your 4th year class already have jobs? Still looking here 🙂

I am interested about the answer. And doing the job market study for the new grad dental student for my own career choice. Thanks for any inputs.

Around here the typical offer seems to be $350-400 per day guaranteed or 35% of collection - whichever is greater.
