For residency applications (ie. PASS) do we limit our CV to the activities only from dental school?

I presume the only exception would be in regards to research and publications but how about other things like leadership experiences and awards?

You can add whatever extra-curricular activities you'd like into PASS, they do not have to be school-related. You can also email your C.V. directly to the schools.
