hi i wonder if anyone can help me with this.
when my classmates graduate last year they received welcome letter in regards to stock options as to how to activate their etrade account, etc. but i didnt receive the letter. and when i call etrade to activate they have no record on file for me, meaning cvs never sent them my info? so i couldnt activate it myself online as etrade has no record of me. when i call HR they dont know how to handle it either. so i wonder if anyone been through this or know how to resolve the issue?

you get granted stock options every other year from which you became full-time
(i.e. you became rph in 2009 then you will get a letter in 2011)

you must then accept your grant on etrade and wait until you are vest til you can
exercise them
