CVS internship phone interview advice?

A university relations manager wants to do a phone interview with me next week because I applied for an internship with CVS. Any thoughts or tips on what I should or shouldn't say? I haven't even started pharm school yet and I'm not even certain I want to go into retail. This would definitely be a backup for me
