CVS Pharmacy Technician Question

Hey guys, I'm wondering if there are any requirements into getting a position as a pharm tech at CVS. I just came out of high school with no working experience and i'm looking forward to working at a local CVS or Walgreens. Also, should I apply online or should I go into my local CVS store and ask? The application online looks like something they will never respond back to, so i don't want to waste time filling it out :s
