I was wondering the same thing, though possibly cutting more front store hours? One example I've heard was through implanting electronic shelf labels, but who knows.

Seriously? My preceptor at grocery pharmacy offered me a job as an intern today. Honestly I'm thinking about giving up on CVS. The only reason I have stayed is my store level staff is great and I don't want to learn a new computer system. Crappy company, terrible DM, and all growth and investment is in revenue streams outside of their retail pharmacies.
