I know i might sound dumb.
But what is “action time?” Vs “promise time” in qv?

I think we are supposed to go with “promosed time” but the screens sorted as action time.

Why do we need two times in qv?

I was on paternity leave and came back not too long ago.
My (new) partner didn’t know either.

In QV, action time = promosed time in most cases except CII's where the "action" would be scanning the barcode on the stock bottle. Action time in QT is the time you should have the script typed in (or fixed the adjudication), production action time = when you should have the accuracy scan completed.

It actually very often ISN’T the promised time, particularly for scripts promised the next day.

I also very often see scripts due the next day in Q.V. where the action time is AFTER the promised time. Makes no sense.
