Remember to Print Screen when you get to screen with all the required transfer info. Just in case you need to manually fax.

do not use the electronic way to have the system fax it over to them...it does NOT work. You will need to tell the other pharmacy all the details over the phone or do as the above poster said and manually fax it.

If its store to store it should work unless the other store deletes your transfer from qt

I get them at Walmart 75% of the time but the resolution is too low for the font they use. It’s a pain to read.

I get them at WAG. We have to reduce them to writing (and staple fax to hardcopy).
