A student asked me the other day about "Cardiac Radiosurgery".... I knew nothing about it. After a quick google search I found this:

Just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you SHOULD.

This sounds to me like other indications for radiotherapy that could principally work (and have been shown to work in small trials) but never enter routine use. I am thinking of radiosurgery for epilepsy.
