I was looking through this and was wondering what cycle two meant? It's towards the bottom of the page. I've attached a screenshot too.

That is from the 2nd cycle (2010-2011) that OptomCAS started keeping track of its "data application reports".

this one is from the 2011-2012 cycle

if you go the the bottom of page 11 you will see cycle 3
