For Chlorination of a Cyclohexanone: Being that the carbonyl group is electron withdrawing doesnt that make the Chloride add to the meta carbon?
(In the roadmap its Ortho under acidic conditions.)

The ortho/meta/para directing group only applies to aromatic rings; and you shouldn't see a C=O in an aromatic ring.
