I keep hearing there's a resume needed or something on top of everything? is this true, anyone heard of this before or do i need it to submit somewhere in aadsas??..or just what is this even for..if we do need one..?

There is no place to upload a resume on the AADSAS application. However, you do have to list your professional experience in the corresponding section.

I brought a resume to each interview explaining all that was not able to fit on my app.
