Can anyone expand on the mechanism of Danazol? FA says it's a partial androgen agonist, but the SE listed are all associated with high androgen levels. I would think as a partial agonist it would act as an antagonist endogenously. The picture on page 600 also shows it inhibiting P450 enzymes used in steroidogenesis.
