My boyfriend and I are both in med school- we haven't really been exercising for the last 2 yrs, and yes, we have both put on weight. This made me feel a little depressed and it really sapped energy. My aunt gave me these dvds called breakin it down- they teach you how to dance. She works at universal, so she is very hip and in the know lol. Anyways, so we can workout whenever by just putting the dvds on. I have lost 3 lbs and he has lost 5 lbs. I feel a lot better and it is nice b/c we can do an activity together without feel guilty that we aren't studying. Nadine
