I'm guessing that they won't reject you on the basis of a FB that might be you. Unless "doesn't share a name with any schmucks on FB" is part of their app criteria. Woe betide any John Smiths or Lauren Joneses if that's the case. Otherwise I think you're fine 🙂

they have better things to do than to spend all day looking up applicants on facebook. this doesn't mean that they won't, but it's not likely

Seriously? If you have a common name, don't worry. They have no way of knowing which one is you, so that won't factor into it IF they even bother looking you up.
My dad is an interviewer for OHSU and the most anyone does there is google the person's name to see if they have some kind of record or if some amazing award they claimed to have won checks out.
