Hey everyone,
I've been more of a reader than a poster, but I have just taken my test, and i'll give you my opinion of study materials used. This is just my opinion to lock-up solid 20s, so take it as you like.
Necessary studying materials, as is dont take the test 'til you have done these at least once:
DAT Destroyer (2011) 👍👍
Destroyer Math (2011)👍👍
CrackDatPat (most recent)👍👍
CrackDatReading (most recent) :👍
CrackDatMath (most recent)👍
These were on point!! They might seem hard, but Destroyer cleared-up a lot of fogged-concepts, so just keep crackin' and you will learn concepts needed especially those necessary for the DAT.
...Also, for PAT, ppl say they dont wanna re-do the CDP tests, that's silly, keep doing them even after youve taken all of them, just use Random Mode.
Other Materials:
Cliff's AP Biology:
Go for it, if you need extra understanding
KBB
It was okay, (like if you cant picture something and are too lazy to google or wiki something you are on familiar with, go for it)
CrackDatScience:
Ehh, not worth the money, just my opinion...
DATQVault:
I wasnt thrilled. Ppl rave about it, it's OK at best in my opinion. I feel like the questions were not the best work.
Practice Tests:
Neither are out-of-this-world, but its good to get into the rhythm of the test and it is all that's there.
DAT Achiever: Ehh, hard tests, BUT needed to break you down lol. As far as software, for me it froze couple times, it was a little disappointing. The PAT section seemed ghetto as well.
TopScore: More user friendly, more accurate to actual test's scoring.
Good luck with your studies everyone!!
