Just finished my DAT:

PAT: 19
QR: 16
RC: 20
Bio: 21
GC: 19
OC: 18
TS: 19
AA: 19

I'm a little dissapointed with the QR and RC. I should have done much better on the QR since I'm an engineer. I guess I am too dependent on my calculator.

What do you guys think?

QR is a bit weak. Luckily, it is one of the least important scores that adcoms pay attention to. I see people on predents that have 16 and 17 in that section and have plenty of acceptances. I'm assuming that, as an engineer, you've taken a bunch of math classes and done well in them, right? That should make up for your low QR score. Your other scores are very solid. Well done.

Nice Scores. Don't worry about QR. It's not that important.
How did you do so well in Bio? Whats the best way to prepare?

Thanks for the encouragement.

I did okay in my math classes and I have a Master's in engineering, so I do know my math pretty well.

As far as the good bio score, I just finished taking general bio and human physiology, so it was pretty fresh in my mind. I also used the Kaplan blue book and DAT destroyer, but think my classes were the biggest help.

well i'm an engineer also so i know what you mean when you say that you are dependent on your calculator. hahaha. if only i had a TI-89 on the real test. i'd have a program where i could do a query search of the entire destroyer and kaplan material that i had inputted before, so i could get 100% on each section. but i'd be screwed on reading like any other engineer.
