Hi guys,
i need help on Dat Acheiver Test 1 Bio Question #14 about the cological efficency.
Can someone please tell me the write formula and why they squared the precentage of efficency?

It is squared because the consumer is two levels from the primary producers. The formula that I used for the problem was: (Energy required) / (Efficiency)^n
Where n = how many levels from the primary producers you are. Also make sure you convert % to decimal or fractional form.
