mannn how do u guys keep from getting frustrated with the dat achiever. it seeems like no matter what i do, i always get around 17's (except for in the RC section, which i can get over 20's). i'm getting really discouraged here....please tell me the real thing isn't like this. :scared:

oh n if it is, are there any strategies i can use to increase those 17's to 20's?

thanks guys. 👍

come on guys i could use some feedback.....also how does dat achiever compare with the real thing on the qr section? 🙂

I'm retaking my DAT and can identify how you feel about those low scores from practice tests. There's nothing much I can advise on useful strategies to increase your scores as a retaker, but for one thing I can attest is that some of the questions appearing in this software are very close to what I've seen in the real DAT, both in the sciences and maths. It's making me work harder each time I got a low score below 20.

I think QR from DAT Achiever is tougher than the real thing, but some of the word problems there have'd good practices that will well prepare you for certain tricky stuff on the big day.

One passage from this program on finance (share investment) came out very similarly on my test day too.

I think if you're looking to do well for your PAT, this software will greatly get you a good score on that. Many of the mental stategies developed often need good (challenging) questions to practice upon and powerful solutions (3D animated features) that come along, which I think none other guide has come close to this mission, in my opinion.

I think DAT Achiever is a software that will prepare you for the worst when taking the DAT, as can be testified by cvirtue and BigJ77 via their posts from the following link:

Keep working harder. If you can pull your scores up in the strong teens like 18/19 (I mean your honest and first attempted results), you should not be very far from reaching your desired goal of 20++ on the real thing. :luck:
