what the heck is up with the qr section? do they seriously expect us to solve all those in 45 mins? i was like 10 away from finishing on that thing 😡 i got a score of 17. for those of u who have taken the dat or know what it's like, how does the qr from this program compare to the real deal?

The real thing has a few tricks in it. But it was not hard for me to finish, i had time to review every problem. There were a couple tricky trig questions, and probably 2 weird ass percent problems. Time constraints werent an issue on the real thing

I cursed this software too when first using it for the amount of difficulties & complexities involved not only in QR, but on its SNS and PAT also. I hardly reached 20 in all of the mock tests except for the RCT.

The real thing is of course easier but 45 min is still a tight constraint, at least to me. Quite a number of questions I saw on the test day itself are closely reflective of what I've picked up from QRT of DAT Achiever. Eg., Q34 of QRT 1 is one that has prepared me to answer with confidence and ease on some of the tricky and challenging ones. Question of this kind requires you to quickly list down multiples of x and y fitting into one simple equation. (Several more questions worth your extra attention from this software are those on fishing corral, angle relation within a triangle, etc). Assuming that you eventually improve yourself with speed and accuracy on all other basic stuffs, these should critically put you in the next group of better score of 19- 22 if not better.
