I just finished test 4/5 and I got Bio/GChem/Ochem 16/18/17 on both. On Kaplan stuff I get like 22+ and Topscore 21ish usually higher...
Also the RC I find really really difficult. I don't know if its just me. CDR tests I always get 22/23 but on Achiever I can barely pull 18. The questions draw on multiple paragraphs at once and makes SnD impossible. I also tried ViciViper's method which I do realy well on CDR with but on Achiever I can't retain all the details they ask for so I just end up being screwed.
I hope the DAT isn't as hard as Achiever in RC as well...
The PAT/QR sections I find difficult as well, but not as stupid as RC or the sciences.
How's the test level compare to real one? I moved to test 4 and it was getting harder and harder, the questions were rediculous. I am not sure for this...
How did the passages & Qs in the real DAT compare to the RC section of Achiever? Longer/shorter/harder to find?
you just removed so much anxiety for me 👍Achiever is waaay harder than the real thing (especially RC, PAT and Chem). And I only did the 3 test version. I heard 4 and 5 are even crazier 😱 Some things in achiever are good hard (they'll help u get better). Some things are stupid hard (just demoralizing 👎). Just know that you'll likely do better on every section of your real test. If u want, check my breakdown (in my sig) on what I liked and didnt like about Achiever and how I did on it vs the real thing.
The RC on my real DAT was a BREEZE compared to achiever. I dont remember the exact lengths of the passages but Im willing to bet they were ALOT shorter. But as far as the Qs go, achiever had way more "All of these are mentioned EXCEPT" Qs and just more Qs that required u to know many different details that are scattered all throughout the passage. If u get good at achiever RC then you mite even finish the real RC with some extra time 👍
