DAT after application?

I have already taken my DAT, however I have to wait till the end of September to take it again. If I don't write that I am taking my DAT again on my application can I just call the schools and tell them I retook it. That way at least they look at my app before Sept?

They may not look at your application twice. In fact they probably won't. You can either have them look at your application with these scores by doing nothing. Or have them wait until you re-write by calling them and asking them to hold your app

It depends on the school.

What are your DAT scores? If they aren't so great then I would have them hold your application until you retake the DAT.
