Hi all. I just registered for the DAT Test about 10 mins ago online. I am having some trouble. I just sent an email to 3 contacts to ADA, but I don't think they will reply until next Monday. I was wondering if anyone can help me here because I think I can get my answer faster.

I had some trouble with the credit card info step. I entered everything in correctly but it said that the credit card cannot be found. I did this 3 times and it never went thru, then suddenly my IE crashed and lost the page, I couldn't go back. When I checked my bank account online, the 190 was subtracted, but I was never able to go to the final step(the confirmation step?) after the credit card info. Anyone know what was the next step? Do you think my order will still be processed? When you guys applied, did you immediately get an email with the code to register? If not, how long did it take to come to you? Anyways, I hope the ADA can solve this problem, I just wanted to know if this happened to anyone. Thanks guys.

Well first, let me tell you I have never register to take the DAT before, but something similar happened to me registering for something else.
I couldn't go the final step of the transaction and in my bank account appear like a transaction took place, but at the end the transaction wasn't through. I ask why my bank why and they said it is the way it work, but not until you go and confirm it will be definitely. I will wait until Monday and called ADA and probably the bank.

TheWiredNerv, do you not understand english or something? Today is a weekend, and like I said above, I already emailed 3 contacts. I just wanted to see what people think if they have had this situation or not. If you are going to say something ******ed, please don't. I was seeking help, not a stupid answer. Thanks, idiot.

You seriously need to relax... I'm sure you'll be able to talk with someone from the ADA on Monday. They're not going to just take your $190 and run. If you can't handle something this simple, how're you ever going to make it through dental school?

I think everyone can get a little stressed out in situations like this. Certainly it is not a good excuse to call idiot someone that is trying to help you. By Monday you will be fine🙂

Oh yea Tommymkea, he was really helping me. Maybe that info could help you, but I'm not that dumb as you. Thanks for the help Mamona. For the other people, stop trying to back that idiot up. Don't respond dumb answers or try to be sarcastic here. People post here to get some help, not dumb responses.

If you think that that response was dumb or some kind of sarcasm was there then i think your are smart enough to figure out the solution yourself and dont need SDN😉
