Alright guys... So I didn't kill myself after the exam.😀

My scores are

Pat 19
RC 18
Bio 20
GC 20
OC 21
QR 15 😱😡
AA 19
TS 20

I used Acheiver, Topscore, Destroyer, Ap Cliff notes, Exam krackers for orgo and a little for gchem. Supplemented with campbells bio 6th edition.

I have a 3.01 gpa, 2.75 BCP.

Is it masters time.. or do i get a chance? Do i retake?

I agree. Your scores are not bad at all, other than the QR which seems to be a trend this year 😡
But your GPA is not high enough to be very competitive. If you have time and money to burn, you could apply and might get in somewhere... but it's going to require great extracurriculars, and you will have to apply to the "lower average" schools... Good luck regardless.

I believe Exam krackers helped the most for orgo.. For bio... lets me put it this way.. i wasn't a 3.0 for no reason. My bio was by far my weakest link. Read AP Cliff notes like 20x... then maybe.. i mean maybe... u'll find those damn tricky questions hidden in there.

Well, I have data for the 2005-2006 entering class, so it's a smidge outdated... but I would imagine the trends would continue to some extent. Howard, Meharry, and NYU are the main ones that according to this information have around a 3.0-3.1 average GPA.

get a masters or at least start one. Your gpa probably needs to come up, and a masters could be fun way to do it! Maybe you could even get an assistantship or something, teach your own class.

I think that you did great on the DAT but I would have to agree with everyone else and say that you may need to get a masters or simply take more classes to really try and raise your GPA and BCP. Just feel good about FINALLY BEING DONE WITH THE DREADED DAT!!!! Good job!
