Let us try one now ! In glycolysis, we see the conversion of 2-phosphoglycerate to phosphoenolpyruvate. How would this reaction be classified ?

b) Dehydration
c) Reduction

e) Phosphorylation
f) Isomerization

B is correct.....Wonderfully done !!!! The name gives it all away....enol....means there is an OH and a double bond on the same carbon.....we lost a water to achieve this. See below.....and see my FREE Bio notes and DESTROYER and you will be set.
