I was scheduled to take the DAT on 1/18/2007, but I got a voice mail from Prometric that the DAT won't be given between January 16th and 29th. I called them at both 1-800-688-5804 and 1-800-688-5404, but the machine kept saying that my DAT had been cancelled, and I had no option to talk to an operator. I also tried to reschedule online, but I wasn't able to do it. Also, I haven't got my money back yet. Does anyone know how to reschedule or at least get my money back?

i dont know how that happened?when did u register for it?
because i registered for it in October end or Nov beginning and wanted to take it right before my college would reopen for spring semester.
But online the earliest they gave me was 15th (too early) and next was 30th.
So i chose 30th. Even in their calender it did not show any available dates from 16th until 29th.

you should call ada, their phone number can be found on the website. speak tp Kylie, or Kelly or Carrie... sorry, i know her name starts with a K, but i have been studying for too long, and i cant remember her exact name. just keep in mind, that tomorrow is x-mas and they will be closed. i am sure if you call on wednesday, and speak to her, she will definetly settle the issue. anyway, i hope this helps.... good luck
