I was scheduled to take the DAT on 1/18/2007, but I got a voice mail from Prometric that the DAT won't be given between January 16th and 29th. I called them at both 1-800-688-5804 and 1-800-688-5404, but the machine kept saying that my DAT had been cancelled, and I had no option to talk to an operator. I also tried to reschedule online, but I wasn't able to do it. Also, I haven't got my money back yet. Does anyone know how to reschedule or at least get my money back?
