First thing I want to mention is that as of 1/31st, experimental developmental biology is still on the test so no changes to the DAT have been made yet. I started studying on December 17th after my last final exam and I stopped studying January 29th. From Dec. 17th to Jan. 20th was my winter break and during that time I spent about 7-8 hours a day studying. From the 21st to the 29th, I did practice problems.
Here are the materials I used to study for the DAT: DAT Bootcamp, Crack the DAT PAT, Feralis Bio Notes, Cliffnotes Biology 3rd Edition, DAT Destroyer, Chad's Videos Outlines, and Cracking the DAT by Princeton Review [Paperback].
Without further ado, here is my breakdown of the DAT.
PAT:
The resource that I used was mainly DAT bootcamp. DAT bootcamp, in my opinion, was far harder than the actual DAT in every category except keyhole and angles. The best way of practicing for the DAT was just using the random generators with the time limit on and using the Keyhole and TFE tests on bootcamp. I only took the first the Crack the DAT PAT test and it was used more as a comparison of bootcamp to CDP. On the DAT, TFE was pretty easy, Keyhole was just as annoying and hard as bootcamp, angles were the same difficulty level as bootcamp, hole-punch had nothing weird, and folding was simple (All that you had to do was look for the base).
Bootcamp: 19 on first two practice exams, didn't take the others
CDP: 22 on the first practice exams

I hate math so much. Honestly, the questions were not necessarily difficult. The main problem was the time limit which made me feel rushed and I ended up having to guess on a question. Of all the sections, other than RC, I probably spent the least amount of time studying for this one. The main resource that I used to study for this section was Cracking the DAT by Princeton Review. It explained the math section pretty well but leaves out circles and some probability. I also used Chad's Video's QR outlines as a light review before my exam (I did not watch his QR videos). The practice exams on bootcamp were about the same difficulty level as the actual DAT.

The only practice I had was taking the bootcamp practice exams which were harder than the RC on my test. Honestly, I don't know how to tell people to study for this section.

This section was super random, I had about 4 question on the DAT about experimental developmental biology which I took a class for but was not really covered in Feralis, Cliffnotes, or Cracking the DAT by Princeton Review. Additionally, I only had two questions about the body systems and they had to do with the endocrine system. Be cautious of this section. About 90% of what was on the test were straight from Feralis and Cliffnotes. Since these two sources were not very indepth with the body systems, I used Cracking the DAT by Princeton Review help with that. I didn't used DAT Destroyer for this section. I finished this section in 15 minutes and used the rest of the time to focus on Gen Chem and O-Chem.

Chad's videos and Cracking the DAT by Princeton Review were what I used to study for this section. Additionally, I used Bootcamp for the practice exams and Destroyer Destroyer for the problems. Chad's Videos and Cracking the DAT were about the same. If you prefer videos, use Chad's Videos and if you prefer a book, use Cracking the DAT by Princeton Review. For the DAT Destroyer, I was getting about 70-80% of the problems correct while doing it. Bootcamp was definitely a little bit harder than the actual DAT.
Bootcamp: 24/23/22/-/-
OC:
Chad's Videos and Cracking the DAT by Princeton Review, once again, are very good for this section. I prepared for this section the exact same way as I did with General Chemistry. The bootcamp exams were definitely harder than the ones on the actual DAT and Destroyer was about 3 times harder than the one on the actual DAT. The Chad's Videos reaction summary are all you need for the reactions.
Bootcamp: 22/30/23/25/24
For anyone with glasses, bring some soft earplug because those headphones at the testing center clamp onto your head tightly.
