Mine is an old edition and so I don't know if this is still #56 in your edition or not but it should be around that number.
THis is about a deck of 52 cards without jokers.
a heart is drawn and it's looking for a probability that the next card is not red.

I know that the deck has 26 red and 26 black cards.
but how do i know that the first heart picked was black or red?

if the first one was black then we have left with 25 black and 26 red
if the first one was red then then we have left with 26 black and 25 red
and there are answer choices of 26/51 and 25/51.
So i think this question isn't clear.
Did you guys' edition fix the statement saying which color was picked?

I dont think there are black hearts, they are all red. Play some poker instead of studying for DAT. LOL
