Just wondering, do you think it would it be better to attempt all the questions and mark the ones you can't get and then do them at the end . Or do each question 1 by 1 meaning if you don't get it look at the solution (and understand it) and then move on

Do the ones you know, and move on. You don't wanna get stuck with no time and several questions at the end of the test cause you spent all your time on one question.

well if you're not under a time constraint, i'd recommend doing as many problems as you can in one sitting. then spend however long it takes for you to correct those problems and understand why you got a question right or why you got it wrong. mark them and make a note of what problems you got wrong so at a later time (week or two before test day) you can just go over the ones you got wrong.

Definitely depends on how long you have to study. My main "study plan" for the Destroyer was:
-do 30 gen chem problems (not necessarily timed)
-do 30 organic problems (same)
-Grade and give a relative DAT score (to help track progress)
-go through one-by-one and learn the CONCEPT they are focusing on, notecards help

I did this, improved each time and went through the whole 2010 gen chem and organic sections about 2.5X each (ran out of time). This coupled with Chad's was able to land me almost a perfect score on both chems, good luck

I have not written my DAT yet (hopefully within the next month), but if I were you, I would take an estimated guess on what you think the answer is and still mark it, that way if you don't have time to go back to the questions you mark, there is still a small percentage you could get the question right as opposed to getting it wrong via not selecting an answer and just marking it. Hopefully we are not put in the situation where marking a question is even a choice.
