Which is incorrectly paired..

what is this rxn ?? I thought it is the carbonyl group with Cl attached and AlCl3 toward benzene..

No, esters is a carboxyl derivative, you can think of it as a ether and carbonyl together.

What happens is whenever a nucleophile attacks, the ether sub group will leaves and O- forms. Then the O will reform its double bond.
