First question of General chemistry from DAT destroyer asks about the correct dissociation equation. NH2OH has Kb = 1.1X10-8.
I thought answer is
NH2OH + H2O ------------> NH2O + H3O
because
Kb is 10-8 so Ka should be less than 10-7 and when it is dissolved in water it should act as acid as it has bigger Ka compared to water.
But answer is
NH2OH + H2O ------> NH3OH + OH.

Please explain.

Thanks in Advance.
