would i be okay with just buying only the datdestroyer? or would you all recommend buying the other books as well (math destroyer, gen/ochem destroyer, etc)? Basically, does dat destroyer give enough practice for all sections from just that one book? Thanks.

It might be worth it getting math destroyer, because, if I'm remembering correctly, the math section in dat destroyer only has close to 140 to 150ish questions - not nearly as many questions as in the other sections of dat destroyer. I didn't really use the gen chem destroyer, but the ochem odyssey was very thorough and is very useful if you struggle in ochem. So you should probably get additional books for the sections that you know you're weak on.

Personally I think the DAT Destroyer and Math Destroyer is plenty. And use the Math Destroyer as timed practice tests.

It really is up to you. Everyone is different. DAT destroyer is a must. I would also definitely get Math destroyer for math section. For time practice, i think DAT Bootcamp is the best because you take the DAT on a computer, not paper.

There's a lot of good DAT prep companies out there. But just remember: It's not about the resources you used, it's about how you prepare. So don't fall into the trap of relying on DAT resources and assuming you'll do well just by doing all the practice tests. Think about it this way: for a university/college exam would you ever prepare by solely relying on practice tests created by another prof (aka various DAT prep companies)?

Good luck!

If you must follow the herd, buy an old edition. Nothing really changes year to year. Although if your plan is to buy just one thing, make it Bootcamp instead of the Destroyer.
